ExamVoid ("we", "us", "our") operates the website located at your specific domain. We provide educational content, revision resources, and productivity tools including Zen Mode and Flashcards (the "Services").
Use of the Site is currently provided on a Universal Free Access basis. We do not currently process payments or require financial information.
2. Acceptance of Terms

ExamVoid currently does not charge for access. All tools, including "Paper Roulette," "Examiner Analysis," and "Topical PDFs," are available to registered users at no cost. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscriptions in the future, at which point these Terms will be updated.
3.2 Registration
To access features that require data persistence (e.g., saving Flashcard progress, tracking Zen Points), you must register. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
4. Educational Disclaimer
Disclaimer: ExamVoid is an independent educational tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge (CIE), Edexcel, AQA, or OCR.
While we strive for accuracy, ExamVoid makes no warranties regarding the correctness of past papers, mark schemes, or thresholds provided. The "Simulations" are virtual models for educational purposes only and should not be used as safety guides for real-world laboratory experiments.
We do not guarantee any specific exam results or academic outcomes based on the use of our Services.
5. User Conduct
When using ExamVoid, you agree not to:
- Cheating: Manipulate the API to artificially inflate your "Zen Points" or rank on the Global Leaderboard.
- Scraping: Use automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to harvest content or questions from our database.
- Account Sharing: Share your login credentials with large groups to distribute access.
- Harm: Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code via any input forms (e.g., Contact Us or Profile Update).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamVoid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
- Errors or inaccuracies in the educational content provided;
- Unauthorized access to our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
